Retention and Deletion
How we handle expired verification data and requests to remove records.

Sign-in and delivery
Verification links and codes expire. Short-lived authentication records and delivery jobs are removed or expired according to their operational purpose. Email suppression records may remain to prevent unwanted or failed deliveries.
Billing and security
Payment, subscription, access-change, and audit records remain while needed for accounting, disputes, security, and legal requirements. Closing an account does not erase those obligations.
Deletion requests
Email contact@doxanh.dev. We verify the request, identify records we can remove, and explain records that must remain. Data in backups may remain until the relevant recovery cycle ends.
