Terms of Service

Terms for doxanh sign-in, software access, and purchases through dxAuth.

Last updated:

Who provides the service

dxAuth is operated under the sole-proprietor brand doxanh and provides shared sign-in and checkout for doxanh applications, including TableFlow. For service, billing, or legal questions, email contact@doxanh.dev.

These terms cover dxAuth and purchases offered through it. The application named in your order provides the software and explains its features. They do not cover payments a restaurant or shop collects from its own customers.

Your account and responsibilities

Use an email address you control. Keep verification codes and sign-in links private. If you purchase for a business or team, you must have its permission to make that purchase.

Do not use our services for fraud, phishing, spam, unlawful activity, or attempts to bypass security or payment restrictions. Application administrators must protect their credentials and grant access only to authorized people.

Plans, quantities, and prices

Review the application, plan, number of seats, currency, billing frequency, and amount before paying. The final checkout shows the total and any applicable tax. Prices and discounts can differ between applications, regions, and monthly or yearly plans.

A seat is one unit of the capacity shown in your plan. Buying seats does not create staff accounts or assign application permissions. The application manages those features.

Subscriptions and access periods

A subscription renews at the monthly or yearly frequency shown at checkout until canceled. Your billing page shows the current access period and renewal information. A one-time access purchase covers the period stated in that purchase and does not renew automatically.

A seat increase may require an additional charge for the remaining period. A decrease or cancellation takes effect on the date shown before you confirm it. Review that date and any charge before saving.

Free or trial access lasts for the period granted. It does not authorize a future charge by itself. A paid subscription starts only after you complete a checkout that discloses its price and renewal terms.

Paying through Paddle

For a purchase processed by Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record: it sells the purchase to you, processes payment, and issues the payment receipt. Paddle's buyer terms and privacy policy also apply.

Payment methods depend on what checkout offers for your purchase. doxanh does not receive your full card number or card security code.

Bank transfer

Bank transfer is available only in Vietnam, in VND. Use the bank account, amount, and reference shown in your payment instructions. You can scan the payment QR code in a compatible banking application; scanning it does not complete the transfer.

Access is granted after the payment is verified. If a transfer is late, duplicated, or uses the wrong amount or reference, contact support with your receipt. Do not send a second payment merely because access has not appeared yet.

Cancellation, refunds, and support

Cancel renewal through the application's billing controls where available, or contact support. Cancellation stops future renewal on the stated date; it does not itself refund a completed payment.

Our Refund Policy explains how to request help for Paddle and bank-transfer purchases. Mandatory consumer rights remain available. A confirmed refund can remove the access period or capacity funded by that purchase; access from other valid purchases is assessed separately.

Availability, restrictions, and changes

We may perform maintenance or restrict access to address abuse, security risks, non-payment, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and how to seek help.

We may update these terms and publish the updated date. We will provide additional notice when required. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
